Friday October 28 - 5.30pm - Simchat Torah. Join us for our spirited Simchat Torah celebration. We'll take all the Torah scrolls out and dance and sing with them. Then we'll unfurl one of the scrolls entirely and read from the very last section and immediately from the very first section. Alan Dowty and Marzy Bauer will be our Torah-readers. The Chernyak musicians (Sasha - our cantorial soloist, and his talented children) have been working hard to provide us with wonderful music and we'll even learn a dance or two. Come and be a part of this special, once-a-year celebration. Everybody is welcome to come and help hold the Torah - we need quite a few people to help make this happen. I hope you choose to be one of them.
